The motor should normally be cleaned and refueled after 2000 hours of use. There are two types of bearing cleaning methods:
1. Hot oil cleaning method For a long time, the hardened oil or anti-rust paste hardened bearing should be immersed in the hot oil of 100-200°C, clamp the bearing with the pliers, clean the oil on the bearing with the brush. Soft dry oil or anti-rust paste is heated to 100-200°C to melt and it is easy to flush out of the gap in the bearing. Sometimes as long as the bearing is shaken in the oil several times. Oil will also flow away from the gap.
When cleaning the radial spherical bearing of the old motor or imported motor, the ball, the bead frame and the inner ring should be laterally rotated out of the outer ring and then immersed in the hot oil. The short cylindrical roller bearing should also be cleaned when cleaning the roller. The bead frame, the inner ring and the outer ring are detached.
When hot oil is being cleaned, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 20 °C.
2, the general cleaning method of the bearing on the kerosene soak for 5 - 10 minutes, one hand and pinch the inner ring, the other hand rotating the outer ring, the bearing on the dry oil or anti-rust cream will fall. Then place the bearing into the cleaner kerosene, scrub it with a soft brush, wash the oil in the balls and crevices, clean it in gasoline, and remove it on clean paper. When cleaning radial spherical ball bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings, clean the ball, bead frame, inner ring and outer ring.
The bearings mounted on the shaft are mainly washed by oil or sprayed with oil. The oil that is easy to wash off is used with kerosene and then gasoline. If it is difficult to wash off the oil, it is washed with a hot oil at 100-200°C. Or oil gun spray, then use gasoline to clean. Be careful not to scratch the bearing with a sharp tool: harden dirt or rust, so as not to damage the finish of the bearing's rolling element and groove ring, wash the bearing dry with a clean cloth.
